    How long does it take before receiving the first savings?

    Who to go to in the event of a power grid failure?

    As Free Customer, the same Electricity Distributor will continue to be toll Customers, who must guarantee the same quality of service as as Regulated Customer.     How long does the Energy Supply contract last?

    If you change from a Regulated Customer to a Free Customer, or vice versa, the regulations indicate that you must keep the election for at least 4 years. If the Client is already Free and is renewing his contract, it can be renewed for a period of 1 year or more.

    How will I be billed as a Free Client?

    As a Free Customer you will receive 2 invoices, one from the distributor who will charge for distribution tolls (energy, supplied demand and peak hour), and another invoice from the supplier who will charge for Energy, National and Zone Tolls and Charges for Public Service.
